Rates
Peak months are May 1st through October 15th and December 1st – January 2nd.
Off peak months are October 16th through April 30th, with the exception of December 1st – January 2nd; these are peak.

12 hour consecutive maximum hour rental.
All rentals to stop and building to be vacated by 12:00am (mid-night) the day of the event.
A required deposit of $500.00 is due 3 weeks prior to your event; payment in full must be made within 1 week of your event, with notice of 2 weeks to cancel must be made for refund.
No refund in event of cancellation within 2 weeks of the event.
