Do's and Don't's
We don’t like rules anymore than the next, however they are needed to make sure a great and safe time is had by all.
We have many garbage cans’ that can be placed in all spots your guests may go. Please be sure they are used.
At Johns’ Place, we encourage your guest to walk around and enjoy. There are countless things to see. Please watch out for all equipment, including tractors as this is a working farm.
No smoking in any of the buildings.
Noise from the dance hall is only a factor after 9:00pm. Out of respect for neighbors, this although upwards of 2 football fields away, travels.
No fireworks of any kind. It spooks the animals.
Beer and wine can be supplied by you and consumed by your guests. A liquor license must be purchased and received in our office within 10 days of you special event. It can be purchased at any Washington State liquor store for about $10.00. This is required not only by Johns’ Place, but by the State as well.
Hard liquor may be served providing the liquor license is received and a license and bonded bartender is hired. We have several available, please inquire.
There are many farm vehicles and pieces of equipment. Please stay off for your safety.
